Duties, Taxes & Customs

Import obligations are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the total value of the purchase. For full transparency, your checkout screen will clearly indicate how these are handled:

Charged at Checkout: If calculated upfront, duties will appear as a separate line item.
Paid on Delivery: If your country requires taxes to be paid upon arrival, it will be noted before you place your order.

Please note: International orders may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer. All inbound customs fees and local taxes must be handled by the recipient to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping Liability

Every order is dispatched with comprehensive tracking. However, Rodèches is strictly NOT responsible for any parcels claimed to be lost, misplaced, or stolen once the designated carrier company has officially marked the shipment as DELIVERED.
