We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing errors, fit preferences, or a change of mind. We strongly encourage you to consult the detailed Size Chart provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase to ensure the intended structural fit.
Defective or Incorrect Garments:We hold our manufacturing and structural precision to an exacting standard. However, in the rare event that a garment arrives with a manufacturing defect or you receive an incorrect item, we will resolve the issue immediately. You must contact wearerodeches@gmail.com within 7 days of the official delivery date. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect. If your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the exact item ordered. Refunds will only be issued in the rare instance that a replacement garment cannot be produced.
Lost or Stolen Shipments:Every order is dispatched with comprehensive global tracking. Rodèches is strictly not liable for any parcels claimed to be lost, misplaced, or stolen once the designated shipping carrier has officially marked the shipment as "Delivered." Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is secure.
Order Cancellations
Customer Cancellations:Once a pre-order is placed and payment is processed, the order is immediately logged into our production queue. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellation requests once a transaction is complete.
Fraud Prevention:Rodèches reserves the right to automatically cancel and fully refund any orders flagged as potentially fraudulent by our payment processing system to protect the integrity of our collective.
