How does the pre-order system work?

To ensure meticulous quality control, our collections are released on a strictly pre-order basis. Production takes exactly 4 weeks after the pre-order window closes. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of production completion, and you will receive a tracking link via email.

How do I track my order?

Once your pre-order is produced and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery. Please note that it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system. If you do not see any tracking updates after 72 hours, please reach out to wearerodeches@gmail.com.

Can I return or exchange my item if it does not fit?

Because every garment is made-to-order, all pre-order sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or a change of mind. Please consult the Size Chart carefully before finalizing your order.

What if my item arrives defective?

If a garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact wearerodeches@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.

How do your garments fit?

Our foundational pieces are engineered for specific, structural silhouettes. Most of our garments feature an oversized, boxy drape or an elongated, relaxed cut. We highly recommend staying true to your standard size to achieve the intended aesthetic. Please consult the dedicated Size Chart on each product page for exact measurements.

How should I wash and care for my garments?

To preserve the heavyweight fabrics, structural fits, and specific detailing across all our collections, please follow these guidelines:

• Standard Garments (Heavyweight Cotton & Fleece): Wash inside out on a cold cycle to prevent color fading, minimize shrinkage, and protect plush interiors. Air dry flat or hang to dry. Avoid high heat and tumble drying to maintain the garment's engineered weight and structure.
• Garments with Rhinestones: Precision-cut, heat-sealed rhinestones require meticulous handling. Always turn the garment completely inside out to protect the stones from friction. Machine wash on a strictly cold, delicate cycle, or hand wash. Never tumble dry; machine heat will compromise the adhesive backing. Always air dry flat or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the rhinestones or any external branding.

How is my personal data handled?

We only collect the essential data required to process and ship your order securely. We will never sell your personal information. Mailing list subscribers receive only vital updates on drops and order statuses.
